Prepare Carports for Winter Parking
Vehicles must be able to fit inside the carport and
residents are reminded to prepare carports for mandatory
piggy-back winter parking.
All vehicles on the premises must be operational and have
a current registration and inspection.
Owners found to be storing an uninspected vehicle will
be subject to towing and fines.
Clubhouse Rentals
Unit Owners are welcome to rent the clubhouse facility with an advanced booking.
The fee to rent the clubhouse is $100.00. All paperwork and fees must be submitted
at least one week prior to the scheduled event. Facility renters must clean the
clubhouse following any event, including removing trash and disposing of it
from your own unit.
For those considering a holiday rental, remember, the clubhouse now has a
heating system. If you are interested in renting the clubhouse, please call
the management office for availability.
